Insurance and Financial Policy
All patients with insurance are expected to pay their portion based on the estimate provided by your insurance company for any evaluation or procedure. Please note that this is only an estimate, and it is based on the information your insurance company has given us. It is not a guarantee of benefits. If your insurance does not pay the amount they estimated, the remaining balance will be your responsibility.
If your insurance carrier pays more than expected, any overpayment will be refunded to you promptly, following the receipt of the last insurance payment.
Patients without insurance are expected to pay the full amount on the date of service.
To ensure we file an accurate insurance claim on your behalf, it is important that you provide complete and accurate insurance information at the time of your appointment. Be sure to bring your insurance card with you.
We will file the claim directly with your insurance carrier and send you a bill for any remaining balance after we receive all insurance payments.
Please note that it can take 3-4 months for all insurance payments to be processed. Once this process is complete, we will send you a statement. Any remaining balance will be due upon receipt of your statement.
Remember, your insurance coverage is an agreement between you and your insurance carrier, and ultimately, you are responsible for the final balance on your account. While we will assist with inquiries to your insurance carrier when payments are delayed or less than anticipated, we have found that insurance carriers typically respond more promptly when inquiries come directly from you, the policyholder.
For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
